There's our Intimate Cinema Event Package
Intimate Cinema setup. Hill Farm Barns, Little Massingham, Norfolk (Covid secure) Summer 2021
This setup is suitable for an audience up to 30 people.
That’s a 2.75m wide screen, 2,500 Lumen projector, our bespoke audiovisual control centre, PA system and support crew.
It is £149 Sunday – Thursday. £199 Friday or Saturday.

This setup is suitable for an audience up to 200 people.

This setup is suitable for an audience up to 600 people.

There's our Extra Large Cinema Event Package
Extra Large Cinema Setup. Moulton Cricket Club. (Pre covid)
This setup is suitable for an audience over 600 people. Audiences over 1,500 have enjoyed a film on this setup.
This setup is a 9m wide screen, 12,000 Lumen projector, our bespoke audiovisual control centre, PA system and support crew.

Setup is suitable for up to 100 cars. As drive-in setups are challenging prices are based upon individual assessment.

Whichever size cinema you choose we deliver, erect & set up, operate, dismantle and remove it, so you can focus on looking after your guests.
Apart from the cinema hire you would need to arrange a license to screen your film. We recommend filmbankmedia. They license on behalf of most distributors and have access to over 13,000 film titles, so you’re bound to find something to suit. One of the 13,000 is definately The Greatest Showman, It was the most popular film shown outdoors in 2018 -2019 and was looking to be the same in 2020 until Covid happened. There’s loads of information on their website and you can apply there too. Prices are from £83 indoor or £139 outdoor (+VAT).
You premises may already be licensed, but if not you would have to serve a Temporary Event Notification (TEN) to your local council, they are £25 – £35 and the great thing is you are telling them, not asking them, the default is you will be able to go ahead unless someone actively objects.
